Am I Eligible for a Return?
To be return-ready, your item must:
- Be unworn and unwashed
- Be free of alterations
- Have no stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.)
- Be free of pet hair or odors (like smoke)
- Not be a final sale item
- Fall within the timeframe outlined in our Return Policy
If you checked off all of the above, youβre good to go! π
- Because our inventory moves fast, and is typically customized, we do not offer exchanges.
- You are responsible for return shipping.
- Approved returns are issued as store credit (or in some instances, original payment method).
- Only regular-priced items qualify.
- Returns must be postmarked within 14 business days of your delivery/pickup date.
- Once your return arrives, please allow 5β7 business days for processing.

For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following are final sale:

- Hair accessories, hats, beanies
- Socks and eyewear
