Am I Eligible for a Return?

To be return-ready, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Be free of alterations
  • Have no stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.)
  • Be free of pet hair or odors (like smoke)
  • Not be a final sale item
  • Fall within the timeframe outlined in our Return Policy

If you checked off all of the above, you’re good to go! πŸ™Œ

  • Because our inventory moves fast, and is typically customized, we do not offer exchanges.
  • You are responsible for return shipping.
  • Approved returns are issued as store credit (or in some instances, original payment method).
  • Only regular-priced items qualify.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 business days of your delivery/pickup date.
  • Once your return arrives, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Defective Items
